Site was originally being developed for a client but the client backed out due to lack of funds to continue so this sale is merely to cover time and effort of building.

All ads on the site are placeholder from my CJ account and are delivered via our adserver.

We feel that if the time was taken to add some great webmaster resources to the site and some time was spent on driving a bit of traffic then along with organic traffic ( based on webmaster searches for resources ) you would be able to generate revenue with a moderate amount of effort.

Site is new so there is no traffic and no revenue at this time.
