    It has not used for anything before ! so no website no traffics no PR
    just have uploaded link share v2.0 script so the buyer can use it as well.

    Strange seller!

    I'm sent him 45$ on 25th. Then he said, that don't want to sell the site for 45$, because someone wants to buy it for 65$. I'm sent him extra money on 29th!
    Still wating for my site!

    Your payment was held for review so told you to wait till PP clear payment since your PP is Unverified - None US but you refused to wait !!
    so how can you expect me to refund held money !

    Edit : Now it done and i've authorized fully refund to you ... is it okay

    LR !!!! Are you drunk or something !! you've paid from marketplace through "buy now" and it only support PAYPAL
    and you've got refund and i've pm'ed your refund informations already few days ago.
