hello, Currently i am working on a woocommerce company page that is going to sell clothing. I am using one of the premium WP ecommerce themes from themeforest. The website template is okay but there is no zoom function for catalog pictures. I tried some plugins but most zoom/magnifier plugins failed.. Can you please help me with that? Thanks
no, it is not console error related. but the plugins that i downloaded doesn't work properly. maybe i installed bad ones. i need a hover over zoom opens next to the picture as a small window. do you have any sugesstions?
That could be a range of issues. I would probably need to poke around in there. What do you have set under WooCommerce-> settings-> product-> display-> Product Images may need the lightbox on and also if the image is not getting scaled down on the product page then it wont scale it up if that makes sense. Check the size of the original image, it may be smaller than the image size settings of the plugin. Will help to know which plugin you are using as well. Nigel, the image sizes are fine around 500pxls, and the lightbox options is checked. in my template when i go to product page when i click the image, a new window opens and show the picture with the original size. but like i said i want a zoom/magnifier when i hover over the picture. if you check brandymelvilleusa website that kind of zoom i want. what plugins can you suggest?
Which one are you using currently? If you want to pm me a link to the site I can take a quick look. That is a fairly trivial function. You may have a conflict with the theme somewhere. N.
