This is an impressive script that allow you to conveniently zoom in & out of an image..functional in IE4 & opera 6+ the script does not push content around the image aside as it is zooming... unlike most similar script out there...

 

The example that you have given does not use any script, it is an uploaded image with a large resolution, which the browser automically adjusts and you can zoom in an out
