Got your attention, didn’t it?

I received a spam PM from someone on this board, and in my attempt to track down a staff member -- which included searching through the "whoisonline" list, thought the red users might be staff... oh! nope! those are banned users, searched through the memberlist, nope, can't tell, searched the user map, nope, can't find them in there either. Ask people in IRC who might be staff... nobody knows.

So I discovered one of two possible answers:

1. There are no staff members on this board
2. The staff members are all trying to hide (it's okay, you can come out now, it’s not April 1st anymore.)

And a friend had a suggestion for me:
“You want to find a staff member? ... just post in the wrong forum!”
Ah! what a brilliant idea, post in the wrong forum with a bad topic title, that will get their attention, they will lock the topic and I can forward them the spam PM.

 

Here is how you find a moderator.

If you recieve a spam PM, forward it to an online moderator, and they will deal with it accordingly.

This same question is asked quite often, with the same link given quite often - search a little harder next time. It's also available below the forum list on the main page as "view forum leaders."

As agent_dweeb said, forward PM spam to one of us - that's the only way we can deal with it.
