yes, thats all a person has to do. it is too easy, yes. but if you think deeply the way it works for advertisers, you will understand. when you search for insurance quote for eaxmple, you run into a CPA offer on Google or some other sites. the offer tells you to submit your zip code to get quotes for your specific zip code. since insurance rate will not be the same in New York and Little Rock so a visitor will gladly submit their zip code to get the local quote. when the visitor enters the zip code, s/he then gets presented with advertisement form all local insurance providers which in turn makes the advertiser a LOT of money at the end.
