Zip code to city lookup

    I need to lookup thousands of zip codes, and find out which city they are in (USA). Anyone got a database of it?

    Well there are a lot of paid databases (see google), so many I suspect they're all just copies of a master one purchased from the USPS or someone, but I couldn't find a free one you can install on a website - the only free ones I immediately came across were on ad laden pages where you typed it in manually.

    Just a note to others out there, it would be very simple to write a script that looks up the zip in google (ex: google.com/search?q=32578) and just use a regular expression to extract it.

    Except you'd get CAPTCHAs if google noticed your IP requesting a lot of searches (this happens automatically)... and eventually more serious action.
