    I have a site for sale (PM me for the domain). It's earning a steady $40-50 per day.

    Zero maintenance required, zero work, zero updating... I haven't touched the site in months. All traffic is organic search traffic. In the last 7 days, it has made $297.05 from Adsense.

    This isn't a traditional auction (if it doesn't sell, I'm just going to continue using it as a passive earner).

    It's not tossed together quickly to make a quick dollar - it's solid programming.

    Again, I have no pressure to sell it. If I get an offer I like, I'll sell. If I don't, I'll just continue to collect the passive income, and won't lose any sleep. :)
