Try taking the index.html out of your base URL.

    I have zero weighting too.

What is this base url you are referring to?
    Do you mean Destination URL?

I have set up 4 text banners with destination urls pointing to:
    Ad 1: Link To: http://www.1st-for-florida-property.com
    Ad 2: Link to: http://www.1st-for-florida-property.com/1stFP/new-developments-in-florida-property.php
    Ad 3: Link to: http://www.1st-for-florida-property.com/1stFP/florida-property.php
    ad 4: Link to: http://www.1st-for-florida-property.com/1stFP/florida-property-resales.php

    What does Base: 0
    Consolidation: 0 mean?

    Thanks for your patience!

Base Account - On your "edit account settings" you have "Site/Forum Url" - this is your base account. Sometimes, this is not the root url, if there are redirects to other url's

Base: 0 - When you have multiple sites that via the "edit account settings" you have "Bind to master account", you need to know the weighting for the actual base account that you are logged on to as distinct from the multiple accounts. Hence the Base:0 number.

Consolidation:0 - it is possible to not only bind multiple accounts to the master account, but transfer weight to them, hence the "consolidation"
