Zero Maintenance Dog Content Site & Forum [Made $45 last month]

Learnallaboutdogs.com is a dog related site and forum for sale. It is a PR 3 site and requires no maintenance on your part. I basically made this site in march to try out the niche and I think it has done fairly well since. I get alot of clicks on the ads (582 clicks since march)

The design is custom and was made by myself. The site also has a phpbb forum installed but there has been no real effort put in to promote it. I'm just getting spam signups at the moment.

The content is unique and will not be found anywhere else.

This site could do really well in the hands of the right person who has the time to make it grow, or if you just want to make some passive income.

I am selling because I am moving in the next few weeks and could really do with the cash.
