Zero Maintenance Content Site for sale

Hey Guys,

Up for grabs is one of my content sites: www.typesoflocks.com. It is a steady earner with a high cpc from adsense. It gets a small number of clicks per month but more than makes up for with the revenue.

I paid for all the content and it is completely unique to the site. The design and markup was created by myself and is not some cheap template, everything is 100% unique.

The site actually got featured on a css award site also: http://www.cssdesigned.com/galleries/wwwtypesoflockscom/

Google says that is has 98 results.
Yahoo says that is has 1,525 backlinks

I paid a directory submitter to submit to 300 directories and alot have stuck.

All the site's pages are in google's index, just build more pages and earn more money, simple.
