I have two adwords account, I don't know why each time I make a new campaign, there is no result, zero impression, I have contact the AdWords support but there is no response, anyone can help me? Thank you so much
It is quite possible that your account and/or ads are under review. The best way to expedite this process is to write in to AdWords support.
You're either under review (which may be unlikely given you have 2 accounts and have probably therefore had one for quite a while at least?) or: 1) your keywords are not highly searched for 2) your bid amounts are too low to get you a position to reach any visitors 3) you're an affiliate and your accounts have been slapped - check your Quality Score - if it's 1 for everything then this is the reason why. Look for Google Slap online and in this forum to get help rectifying this problem. 4) you're not meant to have more than one account - this violates Google's TOS! (Although I think if they find you out they send you an email saying they're going to ban you - although this may not be the case for everyone)
may be your acoount in under review or your bid amount is too low to chase your target. Low keywords may cause an other factor. You should do a lot about your keywords.
Your bid amount is probably too low, or your landing page is not content rich enough with too many affiliate links. My advice is to ditch adwords, and join microsoft (bing) or yahoo.
Try also setting up your campaign on another domain. I have had many domains banned by Adwords because of low clickthrough ratio. They never tell you exactly why. This is part of the arrogance of Google.
You've not been banned because of low CTR - just read another of your posts where you talk about getting a QS of 1 all the time. The reason for this is you're a victim of the 'Google slap', this is usually because you're an affiliate site and you may be direct linking to an affiliate page, or your landing pages are designed to make money out of advertising. Google will use many factors to determine this, including but not exclusively: content levels uniqueness of content placement of advertising form of advertising good ol' fashioned human editing
JHardy, Thanks for your input but I was promoting my own sites. I set up information rich pages explaining exactly what the customers were getting in the most straight forward and relevant manner. It did not matter. If the clickthrough ratios were low I got slapped. I would even then just try to put up a campaign for one of MY sites which ranked 3 in Google for a certain term. I just used that term for the keyword. 1 keyword quality score still. The problem is that we are guessing. Google does not simply tell us exactly what the problem is so that we can correct it. They should communicate better with their advertisers.
