Zero Conversion - Any Suggestions?

I have a website in the cakes/party niche. The individual party theme pages contain links to both Amazon and Celebrate Express. My conversion rate with Amazon is at about 5% which seems OK but in the recent past I have generated almost 300 clicks through to Celebrate Express but not one sale. Any ideas or suggestions? I'm wondering if it would be smarter to just make most or all of the product links on these pages Amazon ones. They would likely sell all the same products and are probably a more trusted name.

Here is a link to one of these pages:

    Thanks for any advice!

I can't answer for your site visitors but I think they are telling you something (negative) about Celebrate Express...maybe stick with Amazon and/or find another affiliate.

In the past I realized that sometimes visitors to a site are not looking to buy something. More than likely, most of the traffic is coming from teens looking for something else. Adults probably wouldn't even take that page you posted seriously. Maybe if you are trying to generate revenue through conversions, you should invest in some adwords credits; and set yourself up a nice ad campaign to bring in the visitors who would most likely want to purchase something that pertains to your niche.

If amazon is working, then use amazon. Don't mess with something that isn't getting you results.
