I have been doing off page work since last three months but when I am checking number of backlinks through opensite explorer or backlinkwatch, It is saying ZERO Backlinks. Its shocking really. Please get me the solution of that >>>>

Agree with instant06 use Google Webmaster Tools to check backlinks as now really most backlink checker tools failed to show the accurate results.
you can check in google search engine, just type link:site name,below the search box it will give you a number, those are the backlinks to your site (for eg:- link:advancednutrients.com shows a no 50). Also if you have webmasters access you can check backlinks through it..
Open Site Explorer hasn't been updated for nearly two months, so it isn't going to help you at the moment. I don't understand why you aren't already using Google Webmaster Tools, is there a reason for that? Third party tools are not the best option for a site which is your own.
There is a possibility that your backlinks are not updated yet. Another possibility is that the backlinks coming from those websites are nofollow.
You have to be patient. Even In google webmaster tool you will not see exact result. Because that's not updated right after your submission. You can try some tools to check backlinks.
I don't know how often third party tools update, but GWT seems to change every few days for me. However, the report only reflects what their bots have crawled, and if links are on sites that are not crawled frequently or are on deep pages, then they may not have been found yet.
Your site get many backlinks from directory sites, but search engine not crawl that pages or say sites where your link is live. When it crawl then only your site in actual get the backlink and it will shown in backlink checker tool. So, wail till that.
I have gone through your issue and I want to suggest you to check all the Approved Links has been Cached / Indexed by Google or not. Actually what happens: most of the directory sites will approve your link very fast but the page where your link has been placed - that is not cached / indexed by Google. So that, you don't have any kind of Backlink report out of it. This is the reason that Webmaster Tools or Yahoo Site Explorer did not show any kind of links. You can do one thing to make cached / indexed your Link Approval Page - submit that Page URL in twitter / FaceBook / G+ or any kind of social sites or else use Ping Service. Hence Google can cache your links and hopefully then you can see the back links reports properly. Best of Luck.
