    Hi all

i noticed some of my visitors states that avrage visit time is 00:00

i think a common visitor will at leat take 15 seconds to view rates and product then decide to
exit specially is he entered the website with a keyword related to our products

so does this means that the website doesnot load well

Each page executes the Google Analytics code. Each time the GA code executes, a timestamp is recorded. If a visitor visits page A and then page B, the time spent on page A is the difference between the 2 timestamps. If the visitor leaves your site after visiting only page A, there is no second timestamp to use in calculating time spent on page A. In this case, GA sets it to 0. So a visitor could spend 3 hours on your page but if they then leave your site, time spent on page will be recorded as 0.
