The ad that everyone is complaining about is the 250x300 ad. I get tons of visits and I can't rely on my users to send me the video code. I refreshed my site a few times but I don't see it (like I said, it may be for a region outside of mine, most likely the united states). Is there no way just to block this sort of thing? I got another complaint tonight. I had to remove that ad space completely. I hope you guys aren't reactive instead of proactive to this sort of thing as well (one of the reasons I left fidelity).

I would be a little careful with them they aren't responding to any of my emails or anything when asking about the audio ads and also when asking about payment. I hope this isn't another scam network.

they pay net30 terms, min $25 PayPal.
i would recommend using another network after you reach $25, don't make this your only network. they are very new, and do have unprofessional problems. there is a chance they will be a scam, so keep that in mind.
if you made $25 in April, then you should get your April payment on June 1st.

im not trying to say they are a scam, but you need to exercise proper risk management, and not risk all your income on one network that literally just started a few weeks ago and haven't had to make payments yet.

if they are a scam, we can report them to the networks that they are using and have their accounts banned. however, we would not get payments from them.

We have removed Chitika from our system due to the errors, you should have them removed.

How long were you running them? - Takes about 72 hours for the AI to kick in and start optimizing. Also what are your primary GEOs?

I e-mailed them Saturday morning and got a reply within a couple hours. I also e-mailed them Monday night about the vertical ads issue. They fixed it and responded today. I'm pretty happy with the support so far.

I'll let you know when it comes time to get paid

3 of my users have been infected with malware/adware that causes keywords on websites to be highlighted and show ads (inline ads).

    Has anyone else noticed this?
I'm not sure if their computers were infected from my site/zenovia, but it seems weird that multiple users would suddenly have this problem around the same time.

Anyone else that is running zenovia ads notice anything like this happening?
Again I'm not sure if they were infected from my site or someplace else.

Also, I've been getting $0.08 eCPM lately :(

I've removed them completely. It's pretty sketchy all around. I've met the monthly minimum and want to be proven wrong but time will tell.
