Chitika is one of the networks that zenovia works with. Its like a backup network that they use.
I get page errors, where the ad space shows up blank, whenever chikita ads from zenovia show.
Does anyone else have this same problem?

I emailed you guys a screen shot of the error message and of the code in place.

Is there a way to set up backup tags, so when a spot isn't filled it falls back to the other one?

 

Yesterday, I generate one more tag. So I get twice revenue

Getting it like 0.16 is the CPM Rate. Since those are just the CPM based ads, I just wonder will Zenovia Exchange will have any issues during payout saying you need conversions? And when is the payment made?

That CPM rate is pretty good. What kind of CTRs are you seeing and what are your geos?

 

How do you set price floors and backup tags? I noticed you mentioned them, but couldn't find them in the interface. I wouldn't mind trying you guys as part of my "daisy-chain".

 

They have been having trouble with the backup tags feature, and have disabled it, enabled it, and then disabled it again. So it showed up for a few days, but still wasn't working, so they're trying to fix it again.

 

I noticed recently that I've been receiving a lot of vertical sky scrapers in my horizontal leaderboard ad spot.

It doesn't stretch the ad spot though. It just shows the top 90px of the ad...

 

So these guys don't provide 100% fill rates?

 

I've been getting a number of complaints about video ads with sound. I don't see them myself... maybe they play in the US (I'm in Canada). What can I do to have these removed?

 

What size ads are you using?
It would be very helpful if you could try and see the video ad for yourself, and use FireBug (or similar service) to view the webpage code and see what the ad code is and post it for zenovia.

They do provide 100% fill rates. The backup tag (they call it a passback tag), is for you to set a floor, so lets say you have a network that you get $0.15 eCPM for and you set them as your passback tag. Well then Zenovia would only serve ads that pay more than $0.15, and send the rest to your backup network. But if you use zenovia as a last network, they will serve ads to 100% of you traffic by default (I get about $0.11 to $0.12 eCPM).

Having said that, their passback (backup) tag feature is currently unavailable/not working.

 

Also, I've noticed that the Zenovia code that shows on my site is really long. Like 20 divs show up from zenovia's code.

Other professional ad networks that I use have pretty simple code. A link from their ad server, and then the link to the specific ad being shown.

The zen code is really long, way longer than all of the other networks I use combined...

 

I thought stats are in real-time, but mine don't seem that way. Anyone?
