Grammar, yes, but depending upon you audience, it can be key. We've purchased a couple programs by non-English speaking programmers, but our first contact was always by their marketing copy. If the copy doesn't look good, perhaps too their program (or service) won't live up to expectations.

My correction above also stresses the fact the resulting file is decoded, versus encoded. Really, you may want to be stressing 'decoded PHP file'.

I´ve paid money to the original website and the same day the site was hacked.... they don´t send me any mails moore and don´t send me the 8 files.

Can ypou help me (my english is not good. I´m spanish)

It depends upon how you paid. Did you give them your bank/credit information directly, or did you go through a service (like PayPal)?

If the latter, there will information on stopping the payment through the service site. Otherwise, you'll want to ... contact your bank/credit association?

See if you can contact him first, but also see what options you have through the bank you used; there may be time concerns (as in, a time limit of how long you have to begin acting to get your money back).

Just keep a record of the steps along the way (date of initial sale, date of realization that seller was no more, date of contacting them, etcetera.
