Zen Cart And Easy Populate Problems

    I have zencart and we have just installed easy populate 1.2.5.4 the zencart we are using is v1.3.9h now the problem we have is when we try to import a csv file or a text file we get this.
    Upload Results

    File uploaded.
    Temporary filename: /tmp/phptW5RoL
    User filename: test it again.txt
    Size: 2061606

    Upload Complete

    But nothing shows within the zencart store itself, we have made sure everything is filled in correctly in excel underneath the various headers but still we get no products uploaded? Anyone know of a fix or can do this for us? please get in touch and quote us a price OR even better still explain to us were we are going wrong, Many thanks.

    It looks like you are using a .txt file and you need to use a .csv file.

    Hi, i have the same problem too. No matter what file i used, .csv file and .txt file. Please help!!
