ZeldaForums.net - 2Yrs old Gaming Site w/ Content/Active Forum/$250+ per month

I have decided to sell one of my sites, zeldaforums [dot] net. I just haven't got time to be active on the site, and I haven't added any new content in three months so I think it's about time it got a new owner so the site can do much better then it is doing now.
The domain is 2 years, 6 months old and is PR4.

Site
The site is a Legend of Zelda fansite, the series is extremely popular, well-known and respected. A short while back, The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess was released which bought in a new wave of Zelda fans, and another new Zelda game (Phantom Hourglass) is yet to be released. There is no Twilight Princess content on the site yet so I'm sure that by writing some you could easily increase traffic/revenue.

Site content is organised with wordpress (for the news) and PHP includes.

The site is also #18 in google for 'Zelda', http://www.google.com/search?q=zelda&start=10

Traffic
Traffic has been steady for the site, reaching well over 1K uniques every day. The site did recive 2K unqiues a while back but I have not written any new content for the site for the past three months, and the Twilight Princess (currently the newest Zelda game) release boom has declined so traffic has decreased a bit.
I haven't written any game content for Twilight Princess at all yet, so I'm sure you could easily increase traffic by writing quest guides, etc. and other bits of content for the game.

Traffic screens (lots of pageviews because of the vB shoutbox which I took down recently, but it won't affect uniques). Lots of traffic is organic coming from google

Revenue
Revenue has been pretty good for the site, has been inevitably going down a bit though because of the real lack of attention I've been putting into the site. Despite this it's still earning $250+ per month.

Forums
The forum is down because I'm on a shared host and my host disabled the forums database due to server usage. A recent google cache of the forums (May 1st) can be seen here.
The forums are active with a nice community (the reason why I've been keeping this site despite the lack of attention), and the mods are happy to stay. I know not being able to see the forums live is a real pain but you're just going to have to take my word for it as there's not much I can do to get them up. I do have a complete backup of the forums, as does my host.
The forums have 55,000 posts and 3000+ members currently.

vBulletin License
The vBulletin license I have for the site is an owned one but currently expired so you'll need your own license.
Other then vB there is no licensed software used with the site.

Price - Starting bid is at $800, no BIN has been decided yet.
