nice and simple..... the adsense placement is ok, I couldn't think of another way for you to put them.
Pretty clean design. What I would do is make the ad links for your adsense ads black so they're more visible (so people can read it and click it) other than that it looks all good
I only have one thing to add ... the logo: I'ld let some more space between Zekty.com and the YouTube logo, as now I were confused the first instant I looked at it [Zekty.com font is almost the same as YouTube's] Ad placing is okay, but the ads itself, the titles I'ld make rather black, that makes the ads even more visible I'ld also give "Video URL" (just below the gray gradient) a bit more spacing from the left, so it looks less separated from that neat gray gradient Hope this helps a bit hans
