your site look good but i think you must focus on your google ads on the rigth of your site . you are not able to move google ads dynamicly . it's a ban reason from adsense
I like the site but the rotating circle thing at the top makes it feel like I should be waiting for something to load. I see that animation on a lot of dhtml/ajax widgets when things are loading (such as lightbox) hence the feeling I get that something is still loading.
