Just curious, but several people posted here saying something like "I searched for it on Google and never heard of it before." Isn't there more to locating an unknown besides searching Google for it? Perhaps multiple search engines, or meta searches, or something outside of the Google universe? I guess my question is, where do you start to look for something you've never heard of on the Internet, if you don't start with Google? And if it is not found on Google, does that really mean it doesn't exist?
As far as I know, Zeal.com was formerly a web directory owned by LookSmart that was discontinued in 2006. So what's this about a search engine?

Hmm. An enigma this one isn't it? Wikipedia on zeal quotes: However, alexa on zeal gives the following info: Traffic Rank: 193,372 Online since: 3 Jul 1995 Most users are from India. But also found this from FindArticles... Hope that helps someone. Totally confused myself.
I found this today: Welcome to Zeal.com I know that many of you Zealots like myself were very saddened by the loss of Zeal in March 2006. For those of you who don't know me, I was a former volunteer editor at Zeal before it shut down. As the new owner of this domain, I hope to rejuvenate Zeal and bring it back to its glory days. I've been a software engineer for over 10 years and hopefully, I can use my programming skills to develop a web directory worthy of the name Zeal. If you have questions or thoughts, please email me at . Thanks for stopping by! btw guys, i was just searching search engines and i found about zeal.com and was kinda impress by their logo so thats why i made this thread to know your review about zeal. i ddint know no one knew about it!
