Quick and easy to submit to. I'd make the top left logo a link back to the home page. You also have the text "Related Links" above your Google Ads which is not allowed.

offtopic, i was on your index page for a few times and your google adsense it shows only ads in romanian language. how are you doing that? or it is a coincidence? i have a few site in romanian language and i can't do that. i see only "save africa..." or "want to volunteer..." ads.
