Zanox sold for €214.9 million + success-dependent payment

    It's exciting times in affiliate marketing.

    The rumors were true and Zanox, one of Europe's leading affiliate networks, has been snapped up. The buyers are Axel Springer AG and PubliGroupe AG.

    I wonder what they will do with it. I hope they don't close it down because I have earnings in my account and use their datafeeds on some of my sites.

    Probably they already have a business plan for it.As Azam.biz said, why spending that much money and then close it down? It would make no sense.
