Hi, There is something strange going on with my Zanox account.. I signed up the last week in 2009 and everything was fine.. All views, clicks etc were shown in the statistics. But as from 2010 nothing happened anymore, no clicks, leads or views are shown in my statistics apart from one i did myself just to test. According to Google Analytics I recieve hundreds of organic visitors but nothing shows up in my Zanox stats. Anybody who has the same issue?
Hi, I am also having the same problems like you, Joined Zanox around 20-12-2009 and since than I am having problem with the stats. They dont get updated for some time and do not show any views clicks sales and anything else. After a few days they start working normal again. Till now already called atleast 3 times the support of zanox in Germany, but they say every thing looks to be working normally there side. But as I have read in a few GERMAN threads as well (the threads are as old as 2006) it looks to be that Zanox always had this problem!!! Specially with DEEP LINKS. I am also using basically deep links only. The last person I called today(11-01-2010) suggested me to write an email to the support!! But as I was searching internet for zanox issues, have seen more than enough people complaining about BAD email support(it can take many days till they response). But I already wrote an email to them explaining the problem(but I dont think it will help me in any case). I will wait till tomorrow or a day after and I am going to call them again. For me this is a rediculous system if they cant make there stats system to work proplerly. I am watching my stats very closely every day. I hope it works soon. Will write there response if they will be able to explain me whats going on. Is your problem got solved some how, please write if it is working your side now, or what zanox explained to you. HM.
Hi. So I am back again, I done as I said, called the Zanox support today around 4:00 PM and asked what the heck is going on. The first lady I called and as I explained my name and describing the problem of stats, THE LINE BROKE SUDDENLY. I thought never mind, I have to know whats going on, I called back again, this time some other lady picked the phone up. I explained her again the same story which I explained to others many times. She heared me and said she looks in to my account whats going on and why the links, sales, leads and clicks are not getting tracked. As she logged in to my account she said that the account is showing the stats as normal, you had around 735 views today. I thought what the heck suddenly happened now, I controlled my account just before calling them it was still showing nothing of the stats in my account and from where it starts showing after two minutes. I logged in my self and checked again views for last day and today were displayed now, clicks as well, but no sales. I asked her about that, because this phenomenon(after seeing the past experience and stats) of displaying the views and clicks but no sales exactly in that time when the stats were not working made me a little surprised. I saw this (what I can remember) atleast the last two times happening!! the first time I can not unfortunately remember if they showed me any sales after the stats started working normally. First of all her answer was the same(as I heared it before as well from other colleagues of her) ---> Some people use adblockers and spyware blockers and third party cookies blocking softwares, than it is not possible to track any thing. I said wait Madam, I am hearing it for second or third time from Zanox workers. It is possible that SOME people use that but not 100's of them, and EXACTLY only for a few days EVERY VISITOR coming on my sites use that(what a strange co relation). I asked her further, why are than the stats of views and clicks start to display after a few days suddenly(also for the past days). There was as always the same response, it is working properly there side!! but she will look in to my email and will response. I got the return email from them there was nothing extra than a screen shot of my stats account and they said every thing is working. For Zanox may be EVERY THING is working but not for me. I check my stats many times a day!! and if the stats do not work for MANY DAYS, than it is like they are making fool of the affiliates(publishers) by saying that, for me it is not understandable that a company like ZANOX who is working with many 100 programmers for them worldwide, can't get this simple(it stinks) problem to get solved. They are able to set an AFFILIATE NETWORK on this high level, Many 100's of Merchant accounts can be managed without problems, Many 100 servers world wide can be managed by this company and account of many 1000 publishers can be handled BUT only stats do not work every few days a week. And this is happening now for many years!!! Well I will say to all other zanox publishers who have these stats problem, to watch there stats very carefully, if any one else is having the same problems they should write it here, I will try to ask the zanox than, about commenting on this thread. They can say every thing is ok to one publisher or two, but if there are many 10's or 20's or 100's of publishers are having this problem than there is some thing wrong on zanox side. I can't say at the moment with 100% surity that zanox is doing fraud like many other affiliate networks out there are doing, which are already looting the affiliates money, but we can try to find that out. And it will not be a good thing for the reputation of Zanox.com. People write your views who are already working with Zanox and if having any problems or any frauds of zanox to point out here. I will watch the things closely and will write if it happens again. HM.
Thanks for yours post HollowOMan. My english isn't the best but I understand what are you writing about. I've got the very similar problem. Views, click, leads are registering & some leads are confirmed in the stats but balance account is frozen, it still displays comits earned to 04-01-2010!!!! I don't understand that. It is very iritating. What cause might be of that? I don't have any credit note to approved & I don't get money in this month beacause of this problem.
