Still nothing for me. Anyone get paid through wire yet?

 

Zango staff hurry up and post an explanation!

 

Now their site (zangocash.com) does not load. Can anyone here give it a try and see if they can access it?

zangocash is loading for me. but i still haven't got paid yet? Can somebody explain, the payment is 2 weeks late. Should we stop promoting zango just incase? What if zango close and we have been promoting it all this time for nothing? And how can there be any problem with the payment? If there is a bank account then you just pay other people, easy as hell. Even if there is a problem why take so long to fix it??? Suspicous.

What is the min site requirements in regards to traffic? my site is fairly new, but I see no reason why
I could not offer something as the site grows, and yes it does appear to be concerning that everyone seems to be getting paid late, but if there is indeed with their accounting or some type of glitch, then I would understand that i could take awhile since there are many accounts; but two weeks late does sound kind of odd, if it was accounting issue, you think they would have addressed it, and had any glitches fixed ASAP, but who knows what the real truth is, they could be having financial problems as far as we know, and that would be considered as an accounting glitch for sure, and from some of the posts ive seen, their customer support needs to step up to the plate, or be replaced, affiliates making good money should not be treated this way at all. I know if i was an account manager, I would not BS you in anyway, and tell you exactly what is going on.

how does zango make their money to pay affiliates to begin with?

 

payments are supposed to be paid on the 30th so they're only a little over a week late.

they make their money from ppv marketers and their own marketing efforts as zango users see adverts whenever searching or browsing

It seems like an overall good business model and hopefully they aren't facing a cash crunch.

Guys, don't go nuts over rumors. I'm still here, ZangoCash is still up and publishers are still making money. Payments are taking longer to process than usual due to an accounting failure. At this point, most payments have been processed. If you have not received yours yet, please contact me directly by Email or IM as I can't address individual cases on this forum. It's hard not to go nuts over rumurs as that is all we're getting. All zango is telling is over and over is "accounting failure". That can mean lots of things, including "we're broke". And I believe that is what most of us affiliates fear.

I as an affiliate would like to know what is this accounting failure to then decide whether I want to send my traffic to zango or somewhere else.

When one contacts you there isn't much reassurance, as all you say is that you've forwarded the information (account name) to the accounting department. Shouldn't the accounting department already have the information of every account that still hasn't been processed, and be scrambling to get those accounts paid?

Everyone calm down. If payments are being processed then no one is going broke here. This is most likely just a one-time mistake on Zango's part. If payments are on-time next month then we'll know it's nothing to be worried about.

Some people do thousands of dollars a month worth of advertising for their sites in order to make money with Zango. For those people, waiting til next month for assurance is too long, as it means the difference in a significant chunk of money on their bottom line.

what is zango payout? Net30? Net60?

 

Net not yet this month.

I believe ZangoCash payments are Net 30, and usually pay on time.

 

Woo-- i just got paid. Even though they are late im still relief i got paid. Has anyone else got paid yet? They shouldn't be this late again. I hope next time they pay on time.
