    -Im not sure, I think I read that its not allowed anymore but I know for a fact they (at least used to) offer a TON of adult content.
    -Yes they do, as well as by PayPal. Minimum payout is $50
    -Depends. The gateways have to be approved, but the content is automated (once your account is approved).

    This is as far as I can remember, might have some things wrong but its been a while since I signed up!
