What kind of sites did you guys have success applying with? I think I might aswell try applying with a "watch tv series online" type of site..

 

Well SideReel mods seem to be actively deleting all the sites that are using CPA Lead.

 

CPA Leads sites will have URL banned as soon as anyone reports it (Usually fast). Not worth it. I try to run CPAlead and Zango on sites with social/Search Engine traffic and AdSense/adbrite/chitika on sites I add to Sidereel etc.

 

FINALLY, I got approved. I reapplied twice with two different sites, and they both got approved, lol!

I have a question: Will having CPALead on my site affect SEO/rankings? I'm not sure how the GoogleBot will be able to crawl the site with the popup blocking access to the site.

yeah you are not allowed pop ups on the same page as adsense, thats in Adsense's rules not cpaleads.
