I've sent several emails to my affiliate manager to verify if they received the required tax documents that I emailed to them 2 weeks ago. I've had no response, no confirmation that they received the required documents and my control panel still says "Important! Download Required Paperwork
to Receive Commissions Here!". I even tried to call them (they're in Wisconsin") and no answer.

This is starting to worry me as I have more than $6000 earned so far.

    Are they legit?

Try PM'ing Jeremy or Troy on DP, that's how I got a response.

I had sent them my documentation as well, and Jeremy on AIM confirmed that they had received them. Also, for the past 2-3 days I no longer see the important documentation required links at the top.

the offer is quite solid, as the zongo adware has disturbed a very very large segment.
people are quite anoid with the situation.

Hmm, how did you send in your documentation? Fax? Or did you email Kevin a scanned copy?

the Kevin route doesn't seem to work. I re-sent my documents yesterday through fax and I don't have the "the important documentation required links" anymore. Looks like does not check his emails at all.

Ah, thanks for that rl! :) Saved me alot of time. I was actually going to scan the documents and just email them to Kevin, but I guess I'll just go with the fax route instead.

    Anybody experienced SEO harm?
Anyways, I put up the gateway on my wallpaper site (no written content at all) and I made $2 at night. The only thing I'm afraid of I'm losing my Google Images traffic... but without CPA Lead I made 20 cents a day...
Ah yeah, and what if one of my user completes a survey, and get back to my site next day, does he complete another survey again, or the browser stores that 'this user is ok' stuff in a cookie or what?

And one thing. Is the paperwork necessary for individual publishers too?

    yeah i emailed mine too

Google wont crawl the javascript code so it wont know there is a gateway so i doubt it will have a negative effect on any rankings!

Btw, I wanted to ask, how are everyone's earnings ? I'm noticing a drop in revenue from what I used to earn initially even though the traffic has remained more or less the same.
