z or s

i have a site that ranks #1 for a keyword that ends with z (thats a given).
the same word that ends with a s ranks around 10,so ill bounce from page one and two.
there is 91,000 results for s.not a big keyword,but i get some hits a day from it.
i may have one or two links out there that have it with an s.
i'm wondering if google sees the z as an s to give it more ranking or is it the links that i may have with the s?

 

ye z is not most commonly used that is why!

 

well it all depends on what you wanna rank for.

Is Z searched more than S? Whats the daily keyword search numbers? Then you can decide which one is better for you.

there is no gurantee that you will rank no.1 for S since you rank for Z. However this might loose your rank for Z. This way you could get less traffic.

add some links to your site and in the title of the link write that word with "s". This way google will rank you well for "s" too !

 

It really depends on your targeted keyword and what keyword you want to rank with "z" or "s"...
