i never heard of them so i went to look at their site. i see they are using adsense on the top of the site themselves

dunno exactly, but they pay members thru referrals, and pay-per-impression once their profiles is viewed.

 

That is incentive based then, no?

 

A profit sharing social networking system? Wow. Can you imagine trying to setup one of those. I could see click fraud running rampant there.
