Yuhuuu... i m on #1 on google in 5 days

Yes!! thats what exactly happened with me, I was checking my rankings on Google for a few KWs and had the SERPs open in both IE and FF at the same time. And they both were showing different results !!

the KWs you are searching is exactly your domain name. plus it has very less competition. no wonder you're showing on page 1

 

there's no option as i already edited it once.. n the KW is not popular bcoz this drug is not laucnhed.. its really awaited drug since 4 years.. n its gonna launch this summer.. so i wud b getttin good business
there's google dance goin i think hence sum see on #1 n some on #9.. its bcoz of all diffrnt data centres..

Well, this doesn't take Einstein... IIR, a while ago I saw an article about keywords in domains, not sure if the algo has changed since... Those keywords are in the domain, so 90% of the time it'll be #1 without any SEO.......
If I search 'pedsters planet', #1.

 

It's geo-targeting, it's #1 for me on .co.uk UK serach version and #9 on the world search version.

 

I get it #1 on Google, #4 on Yahoo and I ain't from the UK.

 

It also depends on which datacentre you're local search is pulling results from.
