    Are the YSM vouchers available only to people in the US?
    If so, is there a way around this?

    make sure the voucher you use is valid and not expired. i used one just fine and i'm canadian

    I know they are good in Canada.....at least the 1 in my sig is for sure, have a friend there that used it with no problem.
