Yes you can but keep in mind currency differences you might be able to advertise in a country with no competition but for them to buy your little ebook might be like buying a car out there. The link to advertise internationally can be found by typing in google yahoo international search marketing Also they may charge a different currency for you to advertise I would definetly pay attention to difference in currency to find out if your really profitting a good site for currency conversion goto google and type in currency calculator.
