Ok...so, I've used YSM's customer support before (the email support inside my account)...but, I've been trying it almost all day today and when I try to submit a question, I get an error message that says this I don't get it...All I have in there is normal words, periods, and commas. I've tried a bunch of times too, in both IE and Firefox - no luck. Anybody else run into this problem? Think it'll just fix itself? If not, I guess I'll have to give them a buzz tomorrow.
