I have been having problems accessing the YSM system for a while, and was wondering if anyone else has been experiencing the same? I log in, see the animation you get to indicate it is retreiving data, then I get the folowing message: "An error has occurred while trying to retrieve the data. Please try again later." The strange (very strange) thing about this is that it doesn't happen every time. The Yahoo team have been less than helpful and have given up on this stating "We have looked into your account and we are unable to duplicate the error message you are receiving". It has got to the stage where my clients are suffering as a result, and I am having to spend their media budgets in the other PPC engines rather than YSM! Would you expect them to be more helpful given that fact...?
