I got an e-mail from YPN saying: I'm scared and worried. lol. I 'm afraid they are going to terminate my account. Is this common? Has anyone else got this e-mail? What do they want with me. I know they want my feedback, but is that it?
You should edit out the account managers phone number, probably is not regular support calling. I doubt they want those on forums. Could make them mad at you
It's what fsmedia said. I do have to admit that YPN reps are very nice indeed. They even give personal calls from time to time just to check in and see how things are going, and what you think they can do to better themselves. Definately do give feedback, because they listen.
Thats what I got was the personal call, which surprised me because I do a very small amount in clicks. But I will agree they are VERY friendly!
It's friendly, don't worry. I usually touch bases with them every month or so. Great guys and gals, I've had quite the conversations with them in the past!
