YPN revenue will tank after it gets out of BETA

As soon as the general public can sign up for YPN, the publisher pool will saturate and advertisers will have a ton more websites to advertise on.

If you think your YPN revenue is down now, just wait until after BETA!

It can't go lower than what it pays out right now.

YPN is so shitty, lack of customer service. You apply today and they send you a rejection letter 2 months later, google approve or reject you in 2-3 days max lol :D

I've been noticing a major decline in ctr % and funds, maybe the google offer is going to kill my income...although not very much lately.

When is Yahoo Publisher Network going to be available for Public. I submitted the form twice both got rejected. And going through another post in this forum I found Yahoo pays more than Google.. Anybody has live experience of this?

advertisers have the option to either advertise on the content network or turn it off. and most advertisers don't bother advertising on conent network due to its poor quality traffic (on the most part, i'm sure there are some good traffic) and very low conversion.

I think it may increase, more ad shown should allow yahoo to target advertising better which would increase revenue and increase payouts.

You know, the earnings have already tanked, with the recent news, it's not getting any better. Out of beta? At this point...never.

YPN does not know how to get out of BETA. But if they do, earnings will be very much lower as they will have to spread around the little they have now I would think.

I applied almost a year ago...and still haven't received a rejection or acceptance letter...:(...google accepted. My site is of very high quality and I have never been rejected from any other network...seems kind of odd? I guess they choose by picking a straw out of a hat...:D

They might be having a freeze of sorts, considering the fact that they were on the buying block a few weeks back.

    However, a year? Wow...maybe re-apply?

    I'm not sure.
