Such a surprise to see this old thread pop up.
I think that most of the stuff is still accurate, but I won't swear to it.

As I said before, if anyone points out any substantive changes, let me know, and I will fix them.

The biggest issue, STILL, is the difference in CTR between Google AdSense and Yahoo YPN.
In my case, it is about 20 times - from high single digits with Google, to less than 1% with Yahoo. The main problem is targeting - YPN can't do it. Many people say it is because their ad inventory is just a small fraction of what AdSense is able to offer. Looking at the ads that Yahoo serves, I am inclined to believe that this is true.

Yahoo used to give me hundreds of 7-cent clicks. For months now, I get hundreds of 6-cents clicks instead. I believe that this is because YPN has reduced their payout to 60%, when previously it was 70% (10-cent minimum bid). That's my guess.
