Both Google and Yahoo have confirmed that it is NOT against TOS to have both Adsense and YPN on the same site. It is against TOS to have them on the same page.

No one said that it was. What was said is that it may just be Googles way of retaliation towards those trying out YPN ads on the same website. They could interpret their TOS any way they like and there would not be much that could be done. Most likely though these people being banned are breaking other rules, but this is still a possibility. That is all that comment was meant as was a possibility not a fact.

Well you could have both on the page but not at the same time. You would need to like seperate them someway. What I have done is YPN is displayed to only American people while outsiders are displayed Adsense.

*you* just said it was against the tos to have both google and ypn ads on the same website

next time pay attention to what you post... misleading info like that is confusing to adsense newbies.

your speculation that it's googles "way of retaliation" is also bogus info... i've been all over adsense support about the crappy payouts for the last 3 weeks, and i told 'em up front that i was re-routing a bunch of traffic to ypn.

if my butt gets banned like you say it's going to, i'll come out here with my tail between my legs :D

seo jeff, i do it the same way you do, using phpadsnew... i sent the adsense low ctr traffic to ypn, which raised the adsense ctr, but not the payouts

I think this is best left alone as we will not agree on this.

i implemented YPN on one of my smaller sites today (2,000 uniques) and the revenue from google to yahoo has increased by 15x. so i just went ahead and setup a geo targeting server so i can serve the ads on my bigger sites that get some international traffic. All i can say is WOW.
