    Hi what's up? I am looking for a YPN partner as soon as possible. Currently I am running adsense on my site, but because of the smartpricing issue, it make no sense anymore and I am earning very very low on a high traffic site.

    If you are willing to share your YPN account with me, please contact me and we will negotiate a good win-win situation for both of us.

    Thanks in advance

    Its against TOS...the owner of the account will probably be banned shortly after doing this, which doesn't help either one of you.

    Smart pricing comes from low conversions. Low conversion rates on high traffic sites will get a YPN account terminated.

    Well, No need to be a vigilente, I Think it's obvious that sharing an account would be against TOS... But if someone wants to do it, let em.

    Are you sure it's against the TOS? I mean, isn't it the same thing as just putting YPN on more than one of your sites? You two could partner up and say that you are the same company and that you'll be splitting proceeds. What's wrong with this? People in adsense do it all the time.

    The domain and site must be in the Publishers name, or the account must have been set up as a legal partnership. I guess if the "partner" wanted to transfer ownership of their site into your name, they wouldn't have a way to know about it. Of course you risk termination if this partner generates invalid clicks, too much non-US traffic, or low conversion traffic. You would also be responsible for paying taxes on the income - which would be issued in your name. Not worth the risk imo.

    YPN TOS:

    you are (i) the registered owner of Your Site, including the domain name, and/or (ii) the owner of Your RSS Feed, including all content contained therein;

    Adsense has a different, but similar requirement:

    "You are the owner of each Site or that You are legally authorized to act on behalf of the owner of such Site(s) for the purposes of this Agreement and the Program;"
