I don't see why not, I know many people running adsense and ypn on the same site, just on different pages...make sure they don't appear on the same page though.

I thought YPN doesn't allow third part contextual ads?

I switched all of the ads to ypn, adsense didnt do as well as it should have 2,903 clicks and only about a 5 cent average for clicks.

I think Google complains about this unless you make your yahoo ads a different color so that they dont get confused with google ads.

You can have them they just can't be on the same page together and they can't look the same like different colors!

How's it worked out for you? I'm in the same boat...considering switching because the clicks are worth fairly little on Adsense.
