YPN offers Paypal as a payment option for publishers

Today at Yahoo! Publisher Network we’re pleased, and I mean pleased, to announce that publishers in our network now have the option to be paid via PayPal, rather than by check or by electronic funds transfer. 

In addition to the greater flexibility and convenience offered by PayPal, publishers who opt in will enjoy a reduced payment threshold, from $100 to just $50.

This one I don't understand.....I think Publisher's are leaving beta in droves and this is one way to entice them to stay

This is incredible. I can't say how much headache this will take away. I have been thinking of starting affiliate program. Now that yahoo accepts paypal, i think i'll be good.

 

That's really great, but better would be if they become available worldwide.

They are just not ready yet.

 

How much time do they need to be ready for the launch exactly.

 

I am not an expert therfore I don't know how much time and work it involves. But, what I said above is true.

The paypal payment seems the best option as it is fast but I still prefer my adsese.

 

Do you they also cover paypal fees?

It's definitely a smart move on their part. Now if they would only open world-wide.

 

I tried to use it, but they check your ypn name against your paypal details. I am not allowed to use paypal because they didnt match. I assume it is because they checked Dan Anderson against the paypal's name Droplister.com. Stupid.

 

I still prefer banks to paypal. Paypal charges riducoulos fees, and I don't want my ads taxed too.

Droplister also raises a issue...

Maybe Human verification would be better?

Any Chances Adsense make some provision for Paypal Payment I know I know they wont as they'd prefer Google Checkout

 

I cant receive funds on my paypal, i got a restricted account. well, dunoo, maybe it is not a so good idea.

 

I think it will make works more easy now
