Got this email today Sign up for payments via PayPal-only $50 in earnings required. Dear , Did you know you can receive your Yahoo! Publisher Network payments more quickly? Our convenient PayPal payment option requires a minimum earning of only $50, instead of $100, so you don't have to wait as long for your paydays. There are other benefits of choosing PayPal, too: Same-day payment—no waiting 7-10 days as you would with a check. No-fee transfers to your PayPal account. So you don't pay more for more convenience.
been there for a while. got a payment thru paypal once, the second time they said there where something wrong with my paypal account and they switched me back to direct deposit. I called them, and they said it was an issue with them and paypal, but they could do nothing about it. I did not change anything in ages on my paypal account, so i do not know what's wrong. The only I know is that, as usual, the publisher is the screwed one.
... old news....but I read sumwhere that they will have to go through a verification process..or else...the publisher won't be able to accept the money.
I think they call that an anti-fraud measure. Makes sense for them to protect all parties. Ohh and whats the SEO question if nobody can reply???
maybe because the email just came out..does that show how far off the curve they are if i get a email about a service they offer for 6 months?
YPN has poor, POOR customer service. I thought that's what they were striving for, but even their blog blows goats. You would think that a PUBLISHER blog would actually be for publishers, you know, giving examples of how to make more money, etc. You would also think that they would be a bit nicer when contacting them through email or phone...
i just got the email today also.. my account is currently set for direct deposit, when i go to my payment-settings page, there is no PayPal option... any idea why?
Yea - I got this email as well, BUT why the hell should I give PAYPAL 3% of my mo jo DD all the way , fast, no fees , no bullshit, I could just imagine getting a 4k payment from yahoo and then PP , saying we limited your account,.....no thank you PLUS - why pay 3% to PP.....Oh yea I said that already
if its such old news and a big deal to some of you who are whining like babies then dont reply... because you guys are obviously so ahead of the curve and so great, i was just pasting the email for those who didnt know or see
Read the email everyone.. NO FEE's are charged through PAYPAL. People have been using it for months now. All the best.. Da-Chief
It would be nice to be able to join from the UK, looked into it a while ago but was only available for the US
