YPN Invites (where do you get them, if Yahoo DOESN'T give them anymore)

Per Yahoo themselves, they DO NOT give out invitations. So where are people getting them? Are they legit?

I was told by YPN support that they don't give them out this past week

Most of the people selling yahoo invites are scammers.

Actually your wrong about that. Most of the people are not scammers, but people that buy from them their accounts get banned fast so thats why they call them scammers.

I call them scammers because what there selling is pretty much the same as selling a broken ipod, because which ever sucker buys this "Yahoo Invite" will be banned. So actually, im not wrong about that ;)

    It depends.
I know back late last year when I was using YPN it was definetly worth it.
    Imagine making a $10 maybe $20 a day with google at a low CPC (5 -10 cents).
You get a yahoo account, target it right, and BAM All of a sudden you're constantly making 20-30x what you were making!
    Yes - $1,00 - $1,50 a click. Every day.

Tell me - is that worth a few grand?

I bought a YPN invite. Actually I bought two, the first one was a scammer (I reclaimed my money thanks to paypal), the second one was given to me (I had someone from the UK design a few of my sites and was given the invite because he had no use for it.. and the fact that he made enough off me, lol)
Yahoo did cancel my account due to my traffic, but believe me those 3 months were very, very, very well worth it.
In the mean time I've partnered with a few people, but it doesn't seem to be as lucrative as it once was ( "the $1 click days are over").

I see / saw them for sale all the time, but recently heard that they only ever gave out 10 a month - hard to believe if you think about it!

hmansfeld: They pay FAR more than $1200 for an invite.
Since Yahoo stopped giving out invites, its been really hard to get ahold of one, especially a legit one.

I mean think about it - those publishers who DO get invites directly from Yahoo will have enough traffic to earn a decent bit from them. . .
Who'd want to risk that by dealing with some dodgy kid who wants an invite?

No, getting a YPN account nowadays is too risky, and damn near impossible.
