trytobecool... illegal implies breaking the law. you are not breaking the law by violating tos. the most they can do is terminate the account and not pay. and in the case of buying an invite, you never agreed to abide by those tos and cannot be held liable in any way whatsoever. the seller agreed, but not the buyer. once you activate your purchased invite, then you are agreeing to abide by the tos. of course, its always within ypns right to terminate you for any reason, whether justified or not. and i have said it so many times now, they know who they are giving their invites to. anyone selling a recently obtained invite is screwing the buyer because ypn will know (within most scenarios) that the invite was activated by someone other than who they issued it to. and anyone who is buying an invite these days is just plain desperate or dumb. i have seen a couple people buy invites ($1000+) recently and have had their accounts terminated within 1 month. and you can transfer accounts. for example, you could transfer from personal to corporate. im sure though they are going to want to see the personal account name associated with that corp. and more than that, they want the account holder to call in and make the transfer happen with the ypn rep over the phone. that is a step in the right direction for ypn in protecting the quality of their network and beta program. as with everything, there is always a way around, always a loophole. but you have to be smart enough to find it. jmo
I've gotten my money back several times for intangibles. I submitted links to sites where the owner never got back to me, set up a dispute and was refunded the money no problem. Paypal will give you your money back for intangibles.
