    I reside in Canada. I had heard that Yahoo was accepting "some" foreign publishers. Is that true? (or do people just set up mailboxes)?

    I also reside in Canada I've been waiting to get approved for a YPN account for more than 3 years now. If anyone can pass along some advice it would be appreciated.

    In Canada YPN is available. But for you ,three years... It is too much maaan.. Try different application or another company.

    YPN only allow maybe 5% of all applicants. Traffic, Quality of content and many other factors come into play.
