    Hi,

I'm new here - hello everyone.

    Quick question:

I just signed up/applied for YPN today, and received their standard thank you, blah blah blah email.

So assuming one does get accepted - when will they know...approx. how long does it take?

Averages about a month, you can wait as long as a year.

That wait is insane - no wait, for any service, should be this long.

Apparently the consensus is nobody knows. What is known is many apply and few are accepted.

But not to worry too much. YPN is very broken.

Seeing this thread reminded me that I applied a year ago. They can pretty much kiss my ass now, there ain't no program that special.

If they don't respond they must be saying please go with another program, we don't have time to even respond to you.

You would think they are running a night club or something.
    I've gotten into DMOZ quicker.

If staying in US, wait will be 2-3 months of your website meets all requirement.
If outside, wait till your lifetime..
But the point is that YPN ads also show up in other yieldmanager networks. Since Yahoo has a stake( I dont know how much) in Right media (yieldmanager server) here in India I get YPN ads on my website since I run Right media ads and I never applied for YPN.
