YPN has gone international

I live in Canada and just for the heck of it applied for YPN. Today I received an invite to join the YPN program as a beta international tester. Here is the letter I received:

As per your application of September 14 2006 we are
Pleased to announce that you have been accepted into YPN's beta internation program.
Right now Yahoo is accepting a limited number of
International publishers and feels your site will be a nice addition and we
Look forward to working with you.

Firstly we ask that you log into your account and fill in the appropriate personal information.
Once that is complete you may generate your YPN code and place it, not
Only on the site you applied with, but all sites in your portfolio.
Lastly, we ask you to abide by our TOS and wish you the best of luck with your
Site(s).
